A few people across this country have made it known that they think any type of prepaid legal service is a scam. And gradually this scam has inched its way into the survival kits of over one million individuals and families throughout America and our northern neighbors Canada. The prepiad legal service scam has even made a few opportunistic business people rich too.

An early version of the prepaid legal service scam first appeared in the 1930's in Europe which allegedly sparked an idea that prompted the discovery of the North American edition. The founder made the big claim that this type of prepaid legal service would assist attorneys just like medical insurance helped physicians.

How Prepaid Legal Services Scam Consumers -Providers of these prepaid legal services plan have convinced people to invest an outrageous 5 quarters a day for legal protection for legal situations that are non-existent. A prepaid legal service plan is actually something that a family may never need.

Though it resembles the same business model and offers protection comparable to the protection that is equivalent to that of vehicle and residence insurance providers, it's still is considered a scam by some. This is mainly becaue we place more value on things like vehicle and homes than we do on the legal rights of ourselves and our families. It's just legal rights that prepaid legal providers agree to protect.

Prepaid Legal Lawyer Scam -This area of the scam is what usually gets people to be fooled by it. You see, prepaid legal companies have gotten reputable law firms from coast to coast to be complicit in this little prepaid legal services scam.

Even though participation in such a prepaid legal scam could mean immediate disbarment for these lawyers, not to mention the irreparable reputation damage, they still go the extra mile to really sell the scam by providing prepaid legal members with phone consultations, contract reviews, and even some courtroom representations. But I admit that there have been some complaints because the lawyer retainer fee of $1.25 a day doesn't cover the costs of trying a murders trial- SORRY.

Stock Scam Of Prepaid Legal -Clever thinking and manipulative moves have seen one of the most visible prepaid legal service organizations move into having shares of their stock being sold on the open market. They've positioned themselves on the New York Stock Exchange and now they are mutiplying their scam for everyone and hiding in plain view.

The point that I'm trying to make here folks is that prepaid legal services are not scams. They offer protection for the legal rights of individuals and families. How many times have you cashed in your car or home insurance, not a lot I hope but you continue to pays the insurance companies every month? Why, because you want that peace of mind for yourself and your family. If the business models of prepaid legal, car, and home insurance companies are indicative of scams, then the only thing that is not a scam are life insurance companies-because we're all going to pass away someday.
